You can expect a happy and healthy dog. Knowing your dog is receiving the exercise attention they deserve will provide you with relief of stress and guilt over leaving them. Daily exercise is essential to your dogs physical well-being, but also prevents them from getting mentally tired. This is especially the case for most of our dogs that live with us in apartments. A restless dog will become irritable and begin to destroy your belongings out of boredom or just looking for excitement. We guarantee you will see a change for the better in your dog if you use our regular walking service.

Yes. We are licensed, bonded and insured. We are also Certified Dog Walkers through the DogTec Dog Walking Academy and trained in Pet CPR/First Aid. We are happy to provide you with a copy of these documents.
Plan to spend about a half hour at the in-home consultation. This is when we become knowledgeable about your pet's likes and dislikes, their individual personalities, medical history, where their supplies are located and any other pertinent information we'll need to provide the highest level of care. Please have your key available for us at this time.
We'll need a signed Service Agreement and Veterinary Release. These documents summarize what we discuss in our consultation and also ensure that your pet receives the type of care that you specify during your absence.
Yes, a $10 additional charge is added to each visit on any of the following observed holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
We are a pre-paid service. Payment is due at the time of or before services begin to avoid late fee's. For ongoing monthly dog walking service payment is due by the 5th of each month to avoid a late fee.

We have a “Ready Key” program that ensures the safety of your key. Once we get your key it is assigned a special code and it will be stored in our secure lock box. Your key code and address are always stored separately for security purposes. If you do not have your key ready for us at your initial consultation, we do provide a key pick-up service. Each trip is $15. We recommend using Ready Key for safety and convenience.
